The department has a facility designed for research and development of agriculture based production. There are a collection of professionals whose sole responsibility is to ensure that the organization stays in touch with world-wide standards of production at a mechanized level. There are also constant interactions with local farmers to learn from them whilst also educating them on what is required in the global space.

With the available man power and machinery available, there has been a rapid growth in production of both raw materials and finished products. There is an exchange program with foreign agricultural companies that help boost production.

The past few years has witnessed a rapid growth in the area of overall production and development. This is mainly as a result of information acquisition and application.
